Lauren’s wedding day began at the historic Steele Mansion in Mentor.  What an amazing location for a bride’s wedding day preparations.  It was perfect for her and her bridesmaids and wonderful for picture options!  Chris was also in the perfect location for him, his family home.  With so much of his family coming in from England, the house was a buzz with tons of excitement.

Their ceremony was held at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Lauren and Chris’s wedding was one of the sweetest to witness. As she came up the aisle, Chris actually walked towards her to comfort her tears of happiness along with his.  Then later in the ceremony as a surprise to Chris and Lauren, the priest thought it would be so special if Lauren gave  her elderly grandmother communion and then have the two of them give communion to all their wedding guest as well.  It was a surprise to them and was just so thoughtful of their priest.  Look how he is helping her with her train! I love the images we caught as she lovingly gave the bread to her grandmother.   The sweet moments of from the ceremony continued throughout the day.

Even at the reception the speeches echoed the same sentiment, of just how sweet and special Lauren and Chris were.  After the  toast and the first dances the fun began.  With  the band The Element, from Cleveland Music Group,  the dancing and  continued through the evening and even had Chris’s dad jump in and play a few songs!  What a special and fun time for everyone! Congratulations Lauren and Chris and thank you for the absolute pleasure of sharing in your day!
