Victoria (Vicky) & Ronnie’s wedding was at the cool & newer venue at Madtree Alcove.  The venue has large windows that provide abundant light and a balcony just above the space, that is great for wedding day preparations & shots of all the happenings below!

Vicky got ready with her girls at the venue, while Ronnie and the guys were just down the block at one of Cincinnati’s downtown hotels.  The ceremony was wonderful with so much light and great view points for us as photographers.  You’ll notice a picture of Ronnie down on his knee.  This was a funny little surprise, as he had been teased over the last year about not proposing correctly!  It was certainly a funny moment in the middle of the ceremony.  But, actually there were lots of funny moments because they had an officiant that made the ceremony so personal and with lots of humor and love.

With the ceremony and reception being in the same location, we stayed right in the area to capture all the moments and portraits.  We really love photographing around Cincinnati!  Every corner we see another option, or we head over to one of the city parks to get some variety in the scenery.  The reception was filled with lively music and lots of dancing and laughing!  It was such a great day and thank you to Vicky and Ronnie for all the fun!
