From Anne & Andrew….”Anne and Andrew had known each other for a few years before they got together. Anne’s sister, Sara, actually introduced them a few years back when Andrew and Sara swam together at Case Western and they remained friendly after that. In 2017, Anne moved to Cleveland to start a master’s program and Andrew was also in Cleveland finishing his masters. During a late summer outing, Sara reintroduced Anne and Andrew, who immediately hit it off. Two weeks later, they were dating. In five years, Andrew and Anne have grown together and made Cleveland their home. In the summer of 2021, Anne and Andrew bought a house and brought home the best puppy, Willow. In November of 2021, Andrew proposed to Anne at their favorite park in the neighborhood!”

And from dating to their wedding day, at the beautiful rooftop venue called Truss! Truss weddings are always special.  The day can start with preparations on the top floor  in the somewhat  swanky Gucci wallpapered bride’s room, while the guys are sometimes down on the cool first floor space.  What I love about the bride’s space is all the natural light and huge window views! After all the day’s preparations we sometimes go straight into the wedding ceremony, but usually have a “first look” with the couple.  Anne and Andrew’s was both cute and romantic.  With Anne’s bridesmaids peeking through the drawn curtain, to the beautiful vows they shared between them, it was a very special moment.

They opted to stay around Truss for their pictures and being they love the area, even wanted to run into the West Side Market for a bit of Anne’s favorite Tiramisu!  Always fun when it works out that couples can incorporate their favorite places in their wedding day! After pictures in the area, the ceremony was held on Truss’s rooftop patio with the old West Side Market clock tower overlooking the space.  Such interesting backgrounds for their wedding!  One of my favorites is the bride coming out with her father for the ceremony and the refection of the city along side them.

From a beautiful ceremony looking over looking the city and a bit of Lake Erie, to a fabulous dinner (and some of the best wedding food), to an awesome night of dancing… this was such a fun and beautiful day. Be sure to check out the custom dog place holders as you view the images!
