Ariel International Center Wedding-Liza & Josh

After photographing Liza and Josh in New York, for their engagement session last year. We knew the wedding was going to be something special.  Liza & Josh did not disappoint! With preparations for the guys at a downtown apartment, John was able to capture some great skyline shots.  I was with the girls and had a beautiful morning with all the girly details and awesome bridesmaids! We all met at the Cultural Gardens for their “first look”.  The gardens are just beautiful this time of the year!  Josh and Liza’s “first look” was so sweet and touching.
I always love the more private moments of a wedding.
After the formal portraits at the garden, we went to the Ariel International Center for their ceremony and reception.  Love this venue, because it is full of vintage details and has a rustic feel while still having killer views of downtown Cleveland! Their ceremony was on the 3rd floor with beautiful natural light flowing through all the windows…not to mention views of Lake Erie as well! Soon after the ceremony and cocktail hour, everyone headed up to the 4th floor for the reception. Liza & Josh had a unique and great idea for their guest’s meals..they brought in two popular Cleveland restaurants to provide made-to-order meals! Absolutely delicious and entertaining at the same time!! Barrio Tacos and Valenti’s Restorante kept the food flowing well into the reception!
But, the highlight of the reception had to be the amazing band…Tricky Dick & The Cover-Ups!  Beginning with oldies and ending with the contemporary dance songs we hear at all the weddings, this band nailed it!  Absolutely awesome…now I know why everyone loves them!  Great going Liza & Josh!  Beautiful wedding and so much fun! Be sure to show them some love below!
 I loved Liza’s ring box!
Josh’s awesome gift to Liza.

Back at the Ariel International Center for the wedding ceremony and reception!
Barrio Tacos were one of the caterers for the reception!
Nothing like a custom pasta bar…making pasta to order!  Valenti’s Restoranti…yum!
Tricky Dick and The Cover-Ups….One of the best band we’ve seen at a wedding!
Though everyone was having an amazing time…..we all kept an eye on the Cavs (of course).
